Community and social supports can include:

  • Building or maintaining your current friendships or relationships, 
  • Becoming more physically active, eg: hydrotherapy, 
  • Accessing community groups, 
  • Learning new skills, 
  • Growing your knowledge and confidence getting around or using public transport, 
  • Going on holiday, 
  • Joining a new group or pursue a new interest

Personal Care

Personal care plays an integral role in enabling those living with disabilities, or people as they get older, to remain independent in their own home. The supportive care that our Carer's provide is tailored to the specific personal health, safety and well-being needs of our Clients.

Domestic Assistance

A clean and tidy home can make a big difference to your health, wellbeing, safety and comfort. Regular or occasional assistance with household duties will ensure your home is safe and well-maintained, and also give you more time to spend on activities you enjoy.

Respite Care

Respite is essential to maintaining a healthy and happy relationship with the person you support, a life/work balance, and ensuring the carer's own physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing. Carer's Network can support your loved one so they can get the care they need, while you can take a break to socialise, attend to day-to-day tasks, or even for a holiday.

Home and Garden Maintenance

Tending to your house and garden is essential to maintaining quality independent living. If you would like assistance to maintain your house and garden as you desire, Carer's Network can assist with a variety of house and garden maintenance services, or organise contractors to assist with more complex maintenance tasks.

Transport Services

Transport can be difficult as you get older or if you are living with a disability. All our Carers hold a full driver's license and are fully insured. Our Carers can assist to transport you, or your loved ones, to appointments, to do the grocery shopping, or wherever you may need to go.

Support Coordination

Support Coordination is all about enhancing your ability to manage and direct your own services. It’s designed to help you navigate, learn and understand more about the NDIS.
