The Role

Carer’s Network is seeking a highly motivated Rostering Team Leader who can take our small rostering team to the next level. This role reports directly to the Operations Manager.

  • You will be responsible for the day-to-day activities of your teams service delivery and provide regular reporting to your manager,
  • Establish and mange the KPI's of the rostering team,
  • Your role will be to act as a mentor, by guiding them to achieve high levels of communications skills to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ultimately the management of the Support Workers on their day to day commitments to their roster, is managed by this department.

Tasks and responsibilities include:
  • Coordinate the team’s rostering enquiries to ensure they are completed accurately and in a timely manner, reflecting the customers requests.

  • Provide quality customer service and effective communication to all internal and external stake holders

  • Manage general administration duties to ensure the efficient operation of all business systems and manage/generate reports

  • Respond promptly and courteously to public enquiries and refer them to the appropriate areas is required.

Thrive in a fast paced role with a sense of urgency and tenacity

Have an understanding of the employment act, SCHAD award, Fair Work requirements and other relevant legislation

Manage and motivate a team to succeed


The successful candidate will have a recognised qualification in Business Administration, HR or extensive recent experience in working with the recognised government bodies which include but are not limited to, NDIS, HCP, CHSP. A current police check, and/or NDIS worker screening
